The final piece, the "Prince of Trentino": Terolde The final piece, the "Prince of Trentino": Teroldego!
Known for producing inky, powerful, and deeply flavourful red wines. It thrives on a challenge, so our unique soil profile is just the place for it to set down roots. We’re dreaming of a wine with intense blackberry fruit, earthy notes, and a structure built to last. Thanks for following our story as we get ready to plant!

Time to meet the powerhouse that is Lagrein! A si Time to meet the powerhouse that is Lagrein!
A sibling of last week's Marzemino, it is a bold, deep, and structured red from the heart of Italy's Dolomites, Lagrein is not shy. We chose it for its intensity and complexity - offering flavours of dark plums, spice, and rich, velvety tannins. Our heavy clay subsoil presents the perfect challenge for a grape like this to produce a truly memorable and powerful wine.

Introducing a hidden gem from Northern Italy: Marz Introducing a hidden gem from Northern Italy: Marzemino!
If you haven't heard of it, you'll want to remember the name. Marzemino is prized for its incredible aromatics – think bright sour cherry and stunning notes of violet. We chose it for its unique character and vibrant acidity, which makes for an incredibly food-friendly wine. We think the Little River climate will help us create a red that is aromatic, juicy, and absolutely delicious.

Next up, a rockstar from Piedmont, Italy: Dolcetto Next up, a rockstar from Piedmont, Italy: Dolcetto!
Don't let the name fool you (it means "little sweet one"), this grape is famous for making stunning dry red wines. It’s all about vibrant dark cherry and plum flavours with a beautifully soft touch. Our rich, heavy clay soil is an ideal foundation for this grape.

Meet the first member of our future vineyard famil Meet the first member of our future vineyard family: Pinot Bianco! ⚪️
Hailing from the Alpine foothills of Northern Italy, this classic white grape is all about elegance and freshness. We chose it for its ability to produce crisp, textural white wines with beautiful notes of green apple, pear, and citrus. The cool nights here in Little River will be perfect for keeping that bright acidity we love. We can’t wait to get these vines into the ground and start the journey toward a glass of something truly special. Follow along to watch it grow!
